This is the hormone that regulates blood sugar in the body.

A condition called sleep apnea occurs when a person is sleeping and for short periods throughout the sleep they stop breathing. This causes uncomfortable sleep, and fatigue during the day. This can also be a side effect to high blood pressure.

The risk of getting some cancers in women is increased when overweight. Chances of breast, colon, gallbladder, and uterus cancer are increased in overweight women. There is a way you can fight back and decrease your chances for all of these diseases. This is done by living a healthy lifestyle, including losing the excess body fat on your body.

Creating a weight loss program designed especially for you can help you combat obesity and the correlating negative health effects. Losing weight at a gradual pace has proven more effective than a quick fix diet. This is because when you drop the pounds slowly, this usually indicates you are making lifestyle changes as opposed to adhering to yo-yo dieting.
